Char grilled turkey crown steak, stuffing, pig in blanket, chestnut mash & turkey gravy

Pulled pork shoulder with honey & spices, creamed potato, wintergreens & red wine sauce

Roasted fillet of Cod, tomato fondue, garlic herb crust and butter sauce

Smoked Tofu and Aubergine Satay Kebabs, peppers and beansprouts with fragrant rice.
