Classic Champagne Cocktail


1 white sugar cube
2 dashes of bitters
20ml cognac
enough champagne to fill the glass


1. Place the sugar cube onto a spoon and pour on your two dashes of bitters to soak.

2. Drop the soaked sugar cube into a champagne flute, then pour in the cognac.

3. Finally, top up your glass with champagne and serve. Simple!
